These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("General T&C") govern every online purchase of products bearing the VEINS trademark through the official website www.veins.studio ("Website"). Products are offered by VEINS (together, "Seller").
Online sales are executed exclusively in accordance with these General T&C, the Website Terms of Use, the Privacy & Cookies Policy, and all mandatory consumer regulations in force in the Customer’s place of residence.
VEINS sells only to end-consumers — natural persons purchasing for personal purposes. We may refuse or cancel any order that:
Only consumers of legal age, fully capable of entering into contracts, may place orders. Delivery and in-store pick up are available solely for the regions listed on the Website.
To place an order, the Customer must select items, complete the order form with accurate personal data, choose a shipping or pick-up method, and select an accepted payment method. Prior to confirming the order, a summary page displays product details, total price (including taxes and delivery fees), chosen payment, expected delivery window, right of withdrawal information, and Seller contact details. The Customer is responsible for verifying all data before submitting an order.
Submitting an order constitutes a binding proposal to purchase the selected Products and an obligation to pay the price. VEINS acknowledges receipt by e-mail, but acceptance occurs only when we send the dispatch confirmation (“Order Confirmation”). VEINS reserves the right to refuse orders if items are unavailable, payment authorization fails, personal data is invalid, or previous contractual obligations were not fulfilled. In such cases the Customer is informed and any amounts already paid are refunded.
All Products offered on the Website are original VEINS creations. Detailed descriptions are provided on each product page. While we strive to display colors and details accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings. Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed during checkout. VEINS may update prices without notice, but confirmed orders retain the price shown at checkout.
Customers may pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or other options indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by certified providers; VEINS never stores full card data. The amount is charged only after the Order Confirmation is issued. Any fees applied by the payment provider are borne by the Customer. If payment is refused, the order is automatically cancelled and no contract is formed.
The Customer may choose home delivery or pick-up from a participating VEINS boutique, where available. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are indicative; costs are displayed before payment. Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the parcel and note any damage on the carrier receipt. For boutique pick-up, the Customer must present the pick-up email and valid ID within 14 business days; otherwise the order is cancelled and refunded.
Customers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of delivery or boutique pick-up by using the online return form, the pre-paid label included in the package, or the Client Care service. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Certain items (e.g. customized, hygiene-sensitive or final sale items) are not eligible. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products. Exchanges follow the same conditions and are subject to availability.
VEINS warrants that Products conform to the contract and applicable consumer law. Customers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee for two years from delivery (or longer if mandated by local law) and may request repair, replacement, or refund in the event of proven non-conformity. VEINS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use of the Website or Products beyond legal requirements.
These General T&C are governed by the law of the Customer’s country of residence. Disputes should first be addressed to VEINS Client Care (care@veins.studio). If no amicable solution is found, Customers may access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or bring an action before the competent courts of their habitual residence.
